Only when we feeling truly safe are we able to process life’s experiences and integrate valuable insights. That’s why I am passionate about the mind body connection. The communication of stress is bi-directional. If your mind is stressed, so is your body. Healing is also bi-derectional!

A trusting therapeutic relationship is necessary to explore the parts of you that are stuck, afraid or prefer to fly under the radar. I understand this work takes so much courage and I will hold your deepest fears with care.
